I doubt very much if these magazines today the way the have the cowboy undertood by the present day readers, would want an authenic explanation of what a real cowboy wa. Wish I could spell & type. She mentioned the man from Oregon, George Henton, who wrote the Henton genealogy. I have a copy, now loaned to someone, but we never found the line to which we belong --- a Mary Henton, or Hinton (underlined) ---- who lived in Rockingham County, Va. (next paragraph) I am enclosing the family lines as I now have them, a copy, and if you are ever able to fill in anything on the Suters or Hintons, let me know. An acquaintence of mine, Rusty Morse, of Arvada, Colorado, wrote in the Denver Post's Empire Magazine, August 6, 1978, that Doubleday was buried in an unmarked grave at Council Bluffs, Iowa, in his sister's plot. His casket, Morse wrote, bore a ten-gallon hat, the gift of his friend, movie star Tom Mix. - Harry E. Chrisman, 10245 W. 14th Avenue, Denver, Colorado, 80215.
